REFUND POLICY
Registration is processed through Eventbrite. Our refund rules are below, please review before signing up.
STANDARD POLICY
Refund requests must be submitted through your Eventbrite account no later than 14 days before the first day of camp. Requests submitted within that window will receive a full refund of the camp fee, minus Eventbrite's non-refundable processing fee.
After the 14-day window, all payments are non-refundable. Substitutions between siblings are allowed at no charge up to seven days before camp.
CAMP CANCELLATION
If Coach Ram's Future Stars cancels a camp for any reason (weather, facility, public health, or otherwise), every registered participant will receive a full refund including the Eventbrite fee, or the option to transfer their spot to a rescheduled date.
INJURY OR MEDICAL HARDSHIP
If a registered camper is unable to attend due to a documented medical reason, email info@coachramcamps.com with a doctor's note. We will issue a full refund minus the processing fee, or hold credit toward a future camp, regardless of how close to camp day the request comes in.
NO-SHOWS
No-shows are not eligible for a refund or credit. If something comes up, email us before camp starts, we're reasonable people.
